Mustard Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tsps oriental mustard
2 tsps heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder

In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

I found dipping sauce recipe in the package of the wonton wrappers I bought last week. Aside from this sauce, it also included a recipe for a peach dessert using the wontons and some powdered sugar.
