Yes, I love the filipino version~rich and creamy. When I make it, I usually dump in button mushrooms as well.

		<description>That looks like it will really hit the spot :)  I also like the version with milk -- chicken sopas we call it at home.  Just add milk and use macaroni noodles instead of the fideos :)</description>
