Just one small advice, directly from Italy.
Once the sauce is ready, cook pasta. When pasta is ok, too, put it in a large pan and (with low fire) add the sauce. Then warm it all up for two minutes.
This will mix better pasta and sauce: never serve “clean” pasta with dressing on top!

This recipe reminds me of my son, its his favorite. He can eat a ton of this cream cheese wonton.
Everytime we go to a chinese buffet, he comes back to our table with a ton of these on his plate.

We haven’t been to that chinese restaurant for awhile. Its in Moreno Valley.
