Ginger Sauce
This dipping sauce is the perfect compliment for vegetables and seafood.
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 oz gingerroot, peeled and chopped
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white vinegar
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor on low speed for around 30 seconds or until gingerroot and garlic have been pureed. Chill before serving.
