How to Make Moist Cupcakes

Add 1 or 2 tbsps of mayonnaise or sour cream to the batter.

Substitute applesauce or puree fruit in place or part of the oil in the recipe.

Add pudding to the mix. Chocolate cupcake=chocolate pudding. Yellow cupcake=vanilla pudding.

Increase quantity of oil or egg.

Replace half of liquid with soda pop or 7-up.

Use milk instead of water in the recipe.

Decrease baking time from that suggested by recipe.

Add pureed beets to chocolate-flavored cupcakes.

    i just discovered your site while looking for a recipe for paksiw na pata…i love your site and i find it very helpful…i cant wait to try the “how to make sugar syrup”…i’ve tried doing it without any proper instructions whatsoever, and ended up with disastrous results..hehehe…
