Lemon-Sauced Pork Chops
Pork is one meat that takes well to sweet, tangy sauces and if in need of one such preparation, it can not get any simpler than the following recipe.

Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
4 center-cut pork chops, bone-in and around 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick
4 slices lemon
4 tbsps brown sugar
4 round slices onion
4 tbsps tomato catsup
salt and pepper

Procedure
Liberally season pork chops with salt and pepper. Arrange in a baking dish.
Top pork chop with lemon slice, onion slice, one tablespoon brown sugar and one tablespoon of tomato catsup. Repeat on remaining pork chops.
Cover dish with foil. Bake in a 375 F oven for around 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes, while regularly spooning over pork chops the sauce that accumulates in dish while baking. Serve hot.
