Orange Dipping Sauce

I found dipping sauce recipe in the package of the wonton wrappers I bought last week. Aside from this sauce, it also included a recipe for a peach dessert using the wontons and some powdered sugar. I’ll give that recipe a try tomorrow ( as I don’t have powdered sugar in my pantry!) and will substitute mangos for the peaches! Yum!

3/4 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup orange marmalade
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Combine ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute.

TIPS:
1) Ohh it’s so much easier to just buy bottled plum sauce!
