Smoked Ham and Brie Sandwich
Cooking at home has many advantages. Not only does it give more control over ingredients and preparation, it also makes more sense cents-wise. This smoked ham and brie sandwich is one of my favorite packed lunches from Starbucks. I love that I can pick it up and enjoy it on-the-go. However, along with this convenience is a very stiff mark-up. By adding a couple or more dollars to how much the sandwich sell in the coffee shop, I was able to replicate the recipe at home and was able to come up with four 6-inch servings.

Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 24-inch french baguette
4 oz deli-style smoked ham
4 oz brie cheese, sliced thinly
4 tbsps dried cranberries or dried cherries
8 tbsps honey mustard dressing
Procedure
Combine dried cranberries and honey mustard. Let sit for around 5 minutes to allow berries to soften.
Slice baguette open. Spread honey mustard and cherries on both sides of bread. Layer ham and cheese. Cut filled baguette into four 6-inch servings.

Ooooh boy, this sandwich looks great. I just scrolled through some of your other sandwiches, and now I’m starving! Great recipes here!
I love cranberries on sandwiches! I love the turkey pesto sandwich from starbucks but also found that it’s too expensive and much cheaper to make at home. I’ve never had tha ham and brie one but I will have to give it a try. Your sandwich looks great!
I haven’t had brie for a while! The sandwich looks good though I prefer to eat the brie by itself.
Looks so nice and elegant. I love the other sandwiches in the archive, too.
Hi Everyone!
Thanks for the visit. With work and school chewing most of my time, sandwiches are what keep me sustained most days!
We only go out to eat or order out when I am too busy or tired to cook. We save so much money and eat a lot more healthily at home that we think twice before going out. NIce sandwich. I love the ingredients you’ve used for it.
So true Ben. After watching that Super-size me movie, I really limit foods from restaurants-too many calories and too much money!
YUM! eating it right now! thanks for the inspiration!
