Spaghetti with Creme Fraiche and Smoked Salmon

This is my submission to Presto Pasta Night hosted weekly by Ruth of Once Upon a Feast.

Spaghetti with Creme Fraiche and Smoked Salmon

This spaghetti dish is made with the leftover creme fraiche mixture and smoked salmon I used to make my shallot toasts appetizers. I ate my share cold and my daughter preferred hers hot from the microwave~both results were amazingly delicious!

Makes 2 Servings

2 cups spaghetti, cooked
2 oz smoked salmon, sliced
3/4 cup of creme fraiche mixture

Prepare spaghetti according to direction on package. Drain well.
Mix with creme fraiche mixture.
Top with smoked salmon slices.
Garnish with chopped fresh dill, if desired.

TIPS:
1) My daughter heated her pasta for 5 minutes in the microwave.

    Thanks Ruth.
BUT I want you to know (and feel guilty of) that your PPN event is ruining my diet!!! hehehe.

Got something to say?
